The official's salaries are important not because they are a large portion of the budget, duh, (how dare he 'nice-try' even say that?) because they are a completely overwhelming portion of those individuals behavior. If not all the other attention the position garners. It does get watched by WatchCat groups right?

There. I voted. Here. I'll go vote again and add it to the subject line right now. Simply by the caliber of Ted's information and dynamic, non-A+-grade people who can just lie, stonewall, misdirect, and obfuscate are not what I would call acceptable leaders or people to be receiving money for what they do, when what they are doing they are doing so poorly.
And yes, this is coming from DaVinci here in the surface street spacecraft. Why?
