Well, the good/Great news is, at least watching these 'parental figure generatioonal reference movies' is an excellent relativity crash education of my parents whateverness. That said, at least it has resparked my interest/curiosity in Hollywood, but with a different and much more solid understanding and foundational angle of approach.
