Getting rid of all the irrelevant/random junk from my previous life-long-acquired 4-bedroom-house-grade exist if the pieces are irrelevant to use illustration for the one-day-to-come PSA and explanation of 2002-2006, and even more recent stuff that I've been keeping around but unable to make a decision on...
Until now.
Like where this "patch" came from. One of a pair of black baseball caps with the A+M logo on the front and this image of the "Gig'em" *thumbs-up* on the side I randomly stumbled across at the local Giant Dollar store there in Hollywood back when I was still living there this summer. As perhaps and even more perfect analogy to so many things in my life at the moment, I acquired the hats impulsively because the price ($1 a pop) was right (:)), and I went to A+M obviously but haven't actually had/been-sporting any gear with the alma matter propaganda/status-badge or whatever for as long as I can remember. Why? When all my clothes with the school logos wore out, it's not exactly like there's a of plethora of A+M (college) stuff surrounding me here on/in the fringe of or one-day-could-be-favorite urban jungle, so I simply never acquired more. And hiding behind a college affiliation when I was probably the definition-redefining "2 percenter" in being concerned about and/or participating in the traditions to begin with, but meh, who wants to stand to watch an entire football game you're not even playing in when you could be watching it at home on your overdone entertainment system or in the background while building and fixing and toying with or washing sh7t? Sue me.
Anyway, the hats didn't fit right, altough the did make me look like an engineer. Nonetheless I couldn't actually wear them as hoped, but I couldn't just throw away new hats with the school logo on them, so I kept them around and had one in my 'desk tub' and another in a bag of clothes for Goodwill...
Which tore and the clothes got wet in the "flood" over the last few days, so I was about to wash and then assess and donate or turn into seemingly now-needed rags, but I stumbled across the hat(s) again, and this time I just decided to cut-out and keep the parts I wanted and could use and just toss the excess "formatting" that was making them previously unusable.
I just wasted ?? minutes writing/sharing this? (facepalm)
And I was doing so exceptionally well today as I sometimes do...

A!
