Come on science and technology, can we not do better yet?
Every time one of your friends farts or you suddenly have to and notice the inescapability of such things...think of these men and compare your standard of existence to theirs...then think of the top number of hoverboard-synced terrible things you can think of in the world that could be completely be controlled and eradicated purely by intelligent and careful 'pre-emptive front end' reprogramming and perspective.
Can you even imagine the daily mindset some people must force themselves into just to survive with a smile? It's an amazing world and species.
