God knows there should be enough powerful and epic present day and modern relevant content lying around, so depending on what's on/in your mine, these will most likely be able to be seen and reflected differently. Since I haven't actually read these quotes yet, I've never actually read this book, and I'm not even sure where it came from (I think my parents), if you're doing this, then you're doing it right along with me.
